Details of your enquiry, such as the exhibition you plan to attend, booth size, and budget

IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL
Pages viewed, time spent, buttons clicked and similar activity data
Cookies and similar technologies, and the identifiers they generate

Note: For visits arriving via QR codes printed on our materials, we record a per-day count of scans. This count contains no personally identifiable information.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes.

Responding to enquiries, quote requests and document requests, and scheduling meetings
Providing contracted services, carrying out construction, and providing follow-up support
Billing and payment administration
Informing you about our services (only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law)

Measuring and optimising advertising performance
Complying with legal obligations and other incidental purposes

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except:
