("we", "us") treats the protection of personal information as a core responsibility in operating the exhibition booth construction service RAN²BOOTH and this website (the "Site"). We collect the following information in connection with your use of the Site.

When you use our contact form, quote request form, document request form, or meeting booking calendar, we collect:
- Company and department name
- Your name
- Email address and phone number
- Details of your enquiry, such as the exhibition you plan to attend, booth size, and budget
- Any other information you choose to enter in the form fields
(2) Information collected automatically
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL
- Pages viewed, time spent, buttons clicked and similar activity data
- Cookies and similar technologies, and the identifiers they generate
Note: For visits arriving via QR codes printed on our materials, we record a per-day count of scans. This count contains no personally identifiable information.
3. Purpose of use
We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
- Responding to enquiries, quote requests and document requests, and scheduling meetings
- Providing contracted services, carrying out construction, and providing follow-up support
- Billing and payment administration
- Informing you about our services (only with your consent or as otherwise permitted by law)
- Analysing how the Site is used, and improving its content, features and usability
- Measuring and optimising advertising performance
- Complying with legal obligations and other incidental purposes
4. Disclosure to third parties
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your prior consent, except:
